Carpet Cleaning

We use the hot water extraction process, also known as steam cleaning, widely regarded as the most thorough and effective cleaning method. Here’s a clear breakdown of what’s involved.

  1. Inspection: Assess the carpet’s fibre type and level of soiling to determine the most suitable cleaning solution.

  2. Vacuuming: Thoroughly vacuum using an industrial pile-lift machine to remove dust and debris. Skipping this step can lead to rapid resoiling.

  3. Spot Treatment: Treat stubborn stains such as red wine, tar, wax, or rust that won’t respond to standard cleaning.

  4. Pre-spray: Apply a traffic-lane cleaner across the entire area and work it into the fibres. This pre-treatment does the heavy lifting; the extraction solution mainly acts as a rinse.

  5. Hot Water Extract: Rinse using a professional hot water extraction machine utilising a neutralising rinse agent and conditioner

Upholstery Cleaning

Chemically, the cleaning process is essentially the same, the main differences being the use of softer brushes and different cleaning attachments to carry out the hot water extraction.

We use equipment that utilises hyper-velocity fluid stream technology. Unlike conventional spray-jet tools there is no overspray, and the fabric is cleaned more thoroughly and left 50% drier.

Stain Removal

We understand that stains can be frustrating—whether it’s red wine on the carpet, candle wax on the rug, or a mystery mark that just won’t budge. That’s why we take extra care when it comes to stain removal.

Before we begin the main cleaning process, we carefully inspect the area and identify any spots or stains that may need special attention. Using targeted treatments tailored to the specific type of stain, we work to break it down safely and effectively—without damaging the fibres or fading the colour.

While we can’t promise to remove every stain (some can be permanent depending on how long they’ve been there and what caused them), we do everything possible to achieve the best results. Our experience, specialised products, and professional techniques give us a much better chance of success than off-the-shelf solutions.

The goal is always the same: to leave your carpets and upholstery looking as fresh and spotless as possible.
